Pastoral Training Program
Equipping pastors and church leaders in Ethiopia to faithfully teach God’s Word and shepherd their communities with wisdom and integrity.
Many rural pastors serve without formal theological training. This program provides structured instruction and mentorship using BTCP materials, with more than 200 leaders actively enrolled.
The Pastoral Training Program strengthens spiritual leadership across Tembaro and surrounding regions by providing accessible training, mentorship, and biblical teaching resources for rural pastors and ministry leaders.
